Ball Squeezing
A simple home remedy for elbow pain is to squeeze a sock or tennis ball in the hand of the affected arm. By doing this, the forearm muscles can be strengthened. Keep the ball squeezed in 5 to 10 seconds before releasing gradually. Relax in 10 seconds before continuing. You can do many repetitions in a round and repeat many times during the day.
