Sprouts
Sprouts come in different species. We have the Alfalfa sprouts, broccoli sprouts, cauliflower sprouts, etc. No matter the species, sprouts are also one of the highest sources of magnesium. With a very high concentration of nutrients, they do an excellent job of supporting the healthy growth of the skin, hair and also the slow aging process.
