De-clutter
Clutters are great areas for bed bugs to grow and infest. Therefore, it is better to get rid of any item that you no longer need or want. These include old newspapers, magazines, clothing, cardboard boxes, furniture, kitchen utensils, and more. Make sure to put all of them in plastic bags with tight-fitting lids and throw away outside. While dealing with clutter, avoid spreading the bed bugs and their eggs. Do not move any items from infested areas to non-infested areas. [5]
