Quadriceps Stretch
Quadriceps stretch aims for improving the flexibility of your quadriceps as well as the range of motion for your knees. First, you should lie down on your stomach and place your left forearm in front of the body for support. Bend your right knee and use your right hand to grab the shin or ankle. Liftoff your knee gently until you feel stretch slightly. Hold this position for a couple of seconds and repeat on alternative sides. [8]
