Staircase Exercises

As the name implies, all you need to do in a staircase exercise is to walk up and downstairs. It can be perfect for both strength and cardio training. You can alternate with jumping jacks or jumping rope. Make sure there is a handrail to ensure safety. For high-intensity training, you can try to walk or run up the stairs as quickly as possible, then recover by walking back down. Do this for around 10 minutes. [10]
