Main Parts of the Human Excretory System
The excretory system is comprised of the urethra, urinary bladder, ureters, and the kidneys. The kidneys are responsible for forming the urine and play a key role in the urinary system. Two ureters are responsible for transporting urine to the urinary bladder from the kidneys. And lastly, the urethra is a tube that transports the urine to the outside via the urinary bladder. All of these organs cooperate to generate and eliminate waste from the body. [2]
