Due to high body temperatures and low-grade fever caused by a norovirus infection, the blood vessels would become dilated. When the head is affected, it will increase blood pressure. As a result, the protective membranes in your brain would be inflamed and become painful. A headache can also happen as a result of dehydration caused by diarrhea or excessive vomiting.
