Stomach Lumps
Swelling and lumps around the abdominal areas can be a very typical sign of stomach cancer. When cancerous cells grow over time, more fluids would accumulate in these areas. This leads to the development of lumps that look like swollen parts. When touching, you might notice that these spots can be hard. They would move with your breaths and fall forward as you are bending over. In more advanced stages, a hard mass would develop in the upper left of the stomach. [4]
