Headache
A headache is a common sign of heat exhaustion. Extreme heat and high temperature may make the brain contract temporarily from fluid floss. As a result, the brain will pull away from the skull, triggering a headache. Staying away from the heat and drink more fluids can help the brain return to the usual state and ease the headache. Depending on your condition, the headache may feel like a thudding, dull ache in the back of the head or around the temples. If you are still exposed to extreme heat, it may cause a more intense headache. [7]
