Dizziness or Faintness
When your body loses too much water from sweating, dehydration would reduce the volume of blood in the body. As a result, the brain and cognitive system do not get sufficient blood to function properly. This may cause dizziness, faintness, out of balance, lightheadedness, and other thinking issues. Immediately find a cool and shade area, then sit down or lie down to help the body stabilize and avoid dangerous situations due to falling. [8]
