Foot Stomp
Foot stomp can help strengthen and improve the bones in core body parts like the hip, which tends to be most affected by osteoporosis. This is a very simple exercise. All that you need to do is to stomp the right foot while standing. It is quite similar to crushing something under your foot. Do the exercise 4 times before switching to the left foot.
