Hamstring Curl

A hamstring curl is effective in strengthening the muscles located on the back of the upper legs. This exercise should be done in a standing position. You need to stand with two feet apart to the shoulder width. Move back the right foot lightly until all toes touch the ground. Lift the right heel to the buttocks by contracting the muscles on the back of the right leg. Slowly lower the right foot back to the starting position.
