Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has acetic acid, which would break down kidney stones and make it easier to pass them through urine. In addition, this drink would alleviate pain and discomfort during urination. Ideally, you should mix apple cider vinegar with purified water and drink the solution during the day. Do not consume more than 8 ounces on a daily basis to avoid osteoporosis or low potassium levels. Also, you would directly add it to salads or salad dressing. People with diabetes have to drink it with caution. Avoid apple cider vinegar if you are taking diuretics, digoxin, and insulin. [11]
