Stage 3
Stage 3 of kidney disease is characterized by a mild to moderate decrease in the functions.
It is often divided into two smaller stages, 3A with the GFR of around 45 to 59 ml/min and 3B with the GFR of around 30 to 44 ml/min. People at this stage tend to have some complications, such as bone disease, anemia, or high blood pressure. Several typical symptoms include fluid retention, urination changes, fatigue, back pain, and muscle spasm.
