– Myeloproliferative disease: 400 milligrams per day.

– Hypereosinophilic syndrome: 100 milligrams or 400 milligrams per day.

– Aggressive systemic mastocytosis: 100 milligrams or 400 milligrams per day.

– Gastrointestinal stromal tumors: 400 milligrams per day.

– Dermatofibrosartcoma protuberans: 800 milligrams per day. [4]
