Depression and Weight Problem
Depression and weight problems often come hand in hand. People with depression are either obese or underweight. When being depressed, some people tend to eat foods containing high calories to get some relief. Therefore, they could easily gain weight. On the contrary, other people might have a decreased appetite, losing weight rapidly to an unhealthy degree. In addition, depression makes it more difficult for people to get out of bed or keep a regular exercise regime. People seem to lose interest in life and lack the energy to do a normal work schedule. Living an unhealthy lifestyle for a long time without a change, it would cause unwanted weight gain eventually. [5]
