Depression and Sleep Disorder
Quality sleep is crucial for physical and mental health. It helps repair and reenergize our brain. Therefore, good sleep plays an important role in our body function. To understand the relationship between depressions and sleep problems, we have to admit they are two separate but overlapping disorders. People with depression may have trouble falling asleep, which could destroy the natural balance in our body.
