Zoom anxiety is a form of anxiety that has appeared recently after the COVID-19 pandemic. It occurs when people have to participate in virtual meetings too much over a long period. For many employees, this can be a new and unusual way to work and communicate with their colleagues. That’s why they may feel tired, anxious, and exhausted before or after every meeting. If left unresolved, Zoom anxiety may cause some mental issues that would affect productivity at work or even overall health. [1]
