Asthma
Asthma is a common inflammatory condition in your lungs. Some parts of this organ would be affected and damaged, making breathing harder. In some severe cases, it is even impossible to do some physical activities or exercises. It is estimated that millions of people are suffering from this health issue. Indeed, it is the most common chronic problem in children. In addition to dyspnea, some other possible symptoms include fatigue, chest tightness, wheezing, or coughing. Asthma can be caused by genetics, exposures to allergens, or viral infections. [5]
