12 Common Mumps Symptoms

Mumps is a highly contagious disease that is transmitted through respiratory secretion or direct contact with a person that is affected. This disease can be prevented by vaccination, and this vaccination is usually administered with measles vaccine in some developed parts of the world. Once a person is affected, and the disease is treated, such a person becomes immune for life; it is, however, possible to be infected again, but the symptoms will never be as severe as the first infection. Fatigue

Symptoms of mumps are just like symptoms of most diseases, especially in the early stage, and fatigue is one of the early symptoms. Fatigue is a feeling of tiredness and weakness which is actually a common symptom in a lot of illnesses and diseases. It is possible for fatigue to occur due to stress or unhealthy eating, but when mumps causes fatigue, it is usually accompanied by other symptoms. When you suddenly begin to feel weak and tired all of a sudden, and this symptom doesn’t go after a couple of days, you should look out for other signs and consult your doctor.
