Lack of Sensation
A complete loss of all sensation in the feet is a very serious condition that should never be considered normal. When the underlying cause of diabetic foot pain causes damages to your nerves, it would make it almost unable for the body to feel the sensations of pain, vibration, or touch as usual. As a result, you might find it harder to walk or do other activities with this part of the body. In advanced stages, the muscles of your feet might even become paralyzed. This makes walking without assistance almost impossible. [5]
