Crusting Eyelids
This sign is very common to bacterial pink eye. Bacterial conjunctivitis causes mucopurulent discharge from the eyes, and when this symptom occurs alongside tearing of the eyes, it may cause the eyelids to crust. The discharge on its own may affect vision when it accumulates; when it dries up; however, it will make sight more complicated. Furthermore, this symptom may make it difficult to open the eyes when you wake up from sleep; this is because of the crusting of the eyelids that has occurred during the night. When you the crusting becomes excessive, you should see a doctor as soon as possible.
