Counseling
Counseling is a process of providing information assistance to people in the process of solving their difficulties. It is a non-medical way if treating depression. Under this treatment, patients have a one-on-one interaction with the counselor. He or she expresses what and what cause(s) him to think and worry. The counselor provided a solution to the problems. This treatment helps in addressing immediate major problem being encountered by the patient. A patient is advisable to visit a counselor once every two weeks or four depending on the mode or speed of recovery. This treatment works well if the patient opens up his or her mind for the counselor to intrude to bring a big boost to the mood of the patient. [6]
