10 Lactose Intolerance Symptoms

Lactose intolerance means a situation whereby specific individuals encounter difficulties when it comes to digesting lactose, which is a type of sugar found in dairy products. The symptom can appear at any age where it is associated with gastrointestinal disorders meaning that the lactose in the dairy products you consumed isn’t getting digested. The individual feels uncomfortable where the stomach feels full and tight, where you can’t be at peace. The situation can last for hours where you need to seek medical attention any time you find that you experience bloating any time you consume dairy products for lactose intolerance diagnosis. [1]
