Stay Cool
Warm temperatures could reduce blood pressure. Thus, make sure to stay out of the heat and rest in a cool place. During the summer, it is better to turn on the air conditioner and fans to keep surrounding areas cool. If you often work outside, avoid exposing to direct sunlight. Whenever you feel dizzy or tired, just find a tree or shaded area to reduce body temperature and increase blood pressure. Also, avoid taking hot showers or baths. Instead, lukewarm water is better for your blood pressure. [8]
