First off, try getting yourself hydrated along the line. This would prevent the tendency of suffering a heat stroke due to so much dehydration. Also consider taking a glass of cold water before the session to improve the quality of results you’d get. This is because your body would burn more energy trying to regulate temperature this way. As a starter, you would like to start off staying short periods in the sauna (probably 5 minutes), and then subsequently climb your way up to 20 minutes.
