Dupixent Dosage for Atopic Dermatitis
To treat atopic dermatitis or eczema, the doctor will start with a loading dose of 2 injections at different parts of the body. The exact dosages are as follow:
– For teenagers less than 60 kilograms or 132 pounds: 400 mg with 200 mg for each injection.
– For teenagers more than 60 kilograms or 132 pounds and others over 18 years old: 600 mg with 300 mg for each injection.
After the loading dose, you may get Dupixent every 2 weeks. The dosages are 200 mg and 300 mg for teenagers under 60 kg and those who are over 60 kg or 18 years old, respectively. [6]
