Common Facts about Vitamin B10

Uses

Vitamin B10 is effective for preventing sunburn, especially during sweating. That’s why it can be found in many sunscreen products. However, the effectiveness can be affected when you submerge the skin in water during swimming. Vitamin B10 is also effective for dealing with some skin conditions, such as Peyronie’s disease, scleroderma, or vitiligo. There is insufficient evidence for the effects of vitamin B10 on dermatomyositis, morphea, herpes keratitis, pemphigus, anemia, headaches, constipation, and other conditions. More research is needed to confirm the safety and effectiveness of vitamin B10 for those applications. [5]
