Double Dancer

The double dancer pose can stretch the quad and hip flexor. Begin with a standing position and facing each other with a distance of 2 feet. Line up your left foot with your partner’s left foot. Raise the left arms over the head so that palms can meet in the center. Grab the right ankles and put the foot to the bottom. Start to bend at your waist toward your partner.
