Extend Lifespan
Everybody has to die. It is inevitable. Nevertheless, drinking green tea could help you extend lifespan by reducing the risks of cancer and many cardiovascular diseases. In a recent study of around 40,500 adults in Japan, those who drink more than 5 cups of green tea each day, the rate of death is considerably reduced during a period of 11 years. More specifically:
– Death by all causes: 12 percent lower in males, 23 percent lower in females.
– Death by stroke: 35 percent in males, 40 percent in females.
– Death by heart diseases: 20 percent in males, 30 percent in females. [5]
