To do pullups, you need to follow these simple steps:
– Hang the body on the bar with a pronated grip, which means your palms should face away from the body
– Bring the shoulder blades together and draw them downwards to roll the shoulders down and back
– Engage the core and lats and raise the chest to the bar. Try to reach as high as you can. During this move, make sure to keep a neutral spine
– Slowly go down to the initial position
