Nausea and Vomiting
When the tumor caused by bowel cancer grows, it can obstruct the colon, especially the proximal colon. This can affect your digestive functions and trigger vomiting or nausea. The symptom can happen at any stage of bowel cancer, but it is more common in people with advanced disease. Keep in mind that the occurrence of vomiting or nausea alone, without other signs mentioned above, is unlikely an indication. There are many other causes that make you feel sick and throw up. [8]
