Other Symptoms
If bowel cancer is not diagnosed until it reaches advanced stages, you might have some other symptoms. When the tumor spreads to bones, it would lead to high levels of calcium, bone pain, and fractures. Some neurological issues can also occur like vision problems, seizures, confusion, headaches, which indicate the presence of cancerous cells in your spinal cord or brain. You would also notice air bubbles in the urine, a condition known as pneumaturia. [10]
