Exercises
People with hypothyroidism are often prone to weight gain. In addition to having a balanced diet to control the intake of calories, you should also do some exercises to burn calories. Simple aerobic activities, such as riding, jumping, jogging, or walking, can be good options as they would boost your metabolism, stimulate the thyroid gland, and burn up belly fat. Plan work out at least 30 minutes per day. You can also take up interval training to burn more calories. These high-intensity exercises would save your time but often require more focus.
