Practice self-care is a simple yet effective way to help you cope with Tourette’s syndrome. The key is to have patience and confidence in yourself. Always believe that you would improve the situation and make everything better. This might be hard when you are a teenager, but it is a good idea to find some healthy ways to stay patient and appreciate yourself. Do something to feel relaxed such as walking around in nature, listening to music, resting, or reading a book. [10]
