Warm Bath

Another way to relieve toe cramps is to soak them in a foot tub or warm bath. The heat can be effective in relaxing your tense muscles and increase blood flow to these parts. Consider adding Epsom salt to provide more relaxation. All you need to do is to fill a bath with warm water and add several cups of Epsom salt. Immerse the whole feet or soak them in the water for 15 to 20 minutes or until you feel the pain improves. You can do this several times a day to get better results.[10]
