Cold Weather
When the winter comes, low temperatures and cold weather can make many people have sinus headaches. This can be caused by changes in the brain’s blood vessels and nasal passage. Cold air basically contains more oxygen particles than warm air. When your brain notices these changes, blood vessels will contract and expand to balance the oxygen intake. As a result, you might feel an increased pressure in the nasal passage.
