Signs and Symptoms of Endometrial Cancer

Endometrial cancer is a form of uterine cancer. It typically begins in the uterus’s inner lining, which is also known as the endometrium. Most women with this condition can survive for at least 5 years or longer after the initial diagnosis. Early detection and surgery can improve the long-term outlook. Therefore, you should know the following signs and symptoms of endometrial cancer.

1Vaginal Bleeding

The most common sign of endometrial cancer is abnormal vaginal bleeding. It often occurs in the early stages when cancer cells start to grow and affect the uterine. Make sure to call your healthcare provider as soon as you notice bleeding that lasts for more than several days. It can also be a problem when the condition happens in a monthly cycle. You should keep a journal to record these occurrences, which can help the doctor diagnose more precisely. [1]
