Plantar Fasciitis Symptoms & Signs

Over-pronation

A condition that would help in the development of plantar fasciitis would be foot over-pronation. In this condition, your foot will roll inward unnaturally, which might result in the loss of the normal arches in your foot. Overpronated people often depend more on the second and big toe to push off their foot from the ground and ensure the stability of the body. As a result, it puts a lot of pressure on these parts and causes irritation or inflammation of the ligaments and muscles including plantar fascia and Achilles tendon.[10]
