Sleep Disturbances
Just like in many other mental disorders, people with a nervous breakdown might experience some issues with their sleep. In most cases, they might toss and turn when trying to fall asleep in the bed and would wake up a couple of times during the night. Also, they might find themselves sleeping too little or too much than usual. Sometimes, it can be hard to get back to sleep because of excessive thinking or racing thoughts. Although you might feel an urgent need for sleep due to constant tiredness, having a good rest at night would become much harder over time. [5]
