Goals of Kegel Exercises in Men

Before starting Kegel exercises, always make sure to empty the bladder. Find a private and quiet area to lie down and sit to relax your mind as well. Firstly, you need to tense the pelvic floor muscles and count from 1 to 3. After that, relax these groups and count from 1 to 3. Repeat this step 10 times. In the next couple of days, practice the exercise until you would hold the muscles tight for 10 counts. The main goal is to do 10 reps each set and 3 sets each day.
