When to Visit a Doctor
If the rash under the breast becomes painful, persistent, or severe, make sure to visit your healthcare provider as soon as possible. In addition, inform them when more severe symptoms occur, such as vomiting, nausea, or fever. In some cases, rashes may indicate anaphylaxis, a possibly life-threatening allergy that needs immediate medical attention. Call emergency service immediately if anybody has vomiting, nausea, swollen feet or hands, breathing issues, dizziness, fainting, wheezing, or loss of consciousness. [10]
