Muscle Weakness
Another possible symptom of diabetic foot pain is muscle weakness. It would make it more difficult for you to walk or you might be clumsy and prone to accidents when doing something on your feet. These conditions indicate that the pain is damaging your motor nerves gradually. Loss of balance and stumbling walking with foot drop are common complications of this sign.
