Wheezing
Another possible symptom of asthma is wheezing, which is the high-pitched noise when you are breathing out. It is mainly triggered by the constriction of your airways. Make sure to notice when the sound exactly occurs. If it is at the very end of your exhalation, this can be an early indication of mild asthma.
