Toe pain
Although the feet are based in the lower part of your extremities, these areas are full of pain receptors and nerves. That’s why pain caused by sciatica can radiate and spread all the way to your toes and feet. This is also known as referred pain, which can be a common sign of this health issue. The pain in your toes could be sharp or shooting, but it might also be burning or tingly. Movements often worsen the pain, so it is better to sit down and take a rest until the condition goes away. Alternating cold packs and hot packs for 30 minutes can be helpful in alleviating this symptom by lessening inflammation and reducing compression. [10]
