Excessive Thirst
Excessive thirst, medically termed polydipsia is also a sign that you have diabetes. This symptom is very much prevalent in all types of diabetes. Although many factors can lead to you being extremely thirsty, it can also be a sign that you have diabetes. Your mouth gets all dry such that you have a constant urge to drink water. This is as a result of an imbalance of water in your body, leading to dehydration. This is expected because when blood sugar is higher than usual in your body, it depletes fluids.
