Repetition and Focus
When a stroke occurs the damaged tissues that were deprived of oxygen in the brain can’t be restored, but it is viable to train other parts of the brain to accomplish the task. This is possible through constant repetition of rehab exercises at home; this constant repetition should be the first and number one focus if you want to recover faster. By repetition neuroplasticity is triggered, neuroplasticity is the brain’s built-in mechanism for creating efficiency and rewiring itself. This rehab exercise is to train and heal the brain to recognize and get accustomed to the task. The more the repetition, the more the mobility and results. [3]
