Epsom Bath
Another simple home remedy for dehydration is to take an Epsom bath. Just fill your bathtub with warm water and then dissolve 1 or 2 cups of Epsom salts. Soak the body in around 15 minutes to allow minerals to be absorbed into your body. Epsom salt contains magnesium, which is useful in alleviating any soreness, fatigue, and inflammation caused by dehydration.
