Inhaling several elements in the surrounding environment would cause allergies and trigger eczema. Some common triggers of this form include mold, cockroaches, pet dander, tree or grass pollen, and dust mites. You should also avoid exposure to cigarette smoke and chemicals from household products. To keep your living space allergen-free, consider vacuuming and dusting on a regular basis. Make sure to do the bedding at least one time per week as well.
