Differences between Botox and Xeomin
What differentiates Xeomin from Botox is a naked type of botulinum toxin. While accessory proteins can be found in Botox, Xeomin is made to provide toxin without the presence of any protein components. Thanks to this purified form, it can prevent the occurrence of antibody resistance, a common issue with injections delivered over time. Another difference is the storage condition. Botox should be kept in a fridge before each application, while Xeomin would be stored in a freezer, a fridge, or at room temperature.
